Job Description:

Job Summary: As a Content Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, creation, and organization of content across various digital and traditional marketing channels. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure that our content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with our brand's voice and objectives. This is a freelance position that is paid on a per-hour or per-project basis, with compensation depending on experience and skill level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Create high-quality written and visual content, including blog posts, social media updates, infographics, videos, and more, to engage our target audience.

  • Content Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies, editorial calendars, and distribution plans.

  • Content Editing: Review and edit content to ensure it adheres to brand guidelines, maintains a consistent tone and style, and is error-free.

  • SEO Optimization: Implement on-page SEO best practices to improve content discoverability and search engine ranking.

  • Content Distribution: Coordinate the distribution of content across various channels, including our website, social media platforms, email newsletters, and other relevant platforms.

  • Content Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of content using various analytics tools and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Content Curation: Identify relevant external content and curate it for sharing with our audience.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to ensure a cohesive content strategy.

  • Stay Updated: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in content creation and coordination, with a strong portfolio of past work.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.

  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to draw actionable insights from data.

  • Creative mindset and a passion for staying up-to-date with content marketing trends.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
