I teach and empower personal transformation and systems change toward inclusive, abundant futures

I have always helped people bridge divides and journey between worlds. Throughout my life, I’ve lived between worlds and seen firsthand the suffering that occurs when people cannot make sense of the world and their perspectives are fragmented. In college, I focused on how our inner worlds shape our outer worlds, studying Cultural Anthropology and Political Science at Duke University with a concentration in International Relations. I also trained in Neuroscience at Stanford to understand the interface between our brains and social realities before training to become a professional coach and consultant.

I have always advocated for a holistic view. This has always challenged people of the old guard, and many tried to laugh away the inconvenient truths of whole systems thinking and resist the notion that there is more to the world. They’re not laughing anymore: fast forward to the near collapse of Western civilization, a 5-year pandemic, and global climate catastrophes, and it’s clear something needs to change and go beyond typical thinking and problem-solving. As the world changes by force, we, too, must birth a new paradigm. How do we birth a new paradigm? We must journey between worlds into places that few of us have known—or that all of us at some level have known but have never slowed down enough to experience or master.

It is this process of becoming Whole that I teach and empower, whether I’m facilitating organizational change, working 1:1 with ambitious leaders, or resolving conflicts within individual or collective hearts, minds, and bodies. I offer 360° perspectives in service of life, drawing from disciplines including world religions, critical theory, depth psychology, Eastern philosophy, Western mythology, integral philosophy, and much more. I investigate and connect multiple systems of reality to bring people a more complete picture and, in doing so, help us live more abundant lives and find wholeness and unity.

My work is for those who believe there is a better way. I’ve met Miss America, Melinda Gates, and 4x NYT Bestselling Author Marianne Williamson for my work in transcultural human development, and look forward to meeting many more brilliant people. A faculty member in New Ventures West’s Professional Coaching Course (ICF-ACTP L2) and a speaker at places like Duke University and NYU, I ask people empowering and penetrating questions that facilitate consciousness in a supportive, growth-oriented environment and direct them toward their desired futures.

A more beautiful world begins with us, and the world’s systems are direct results of our interior states.
